What We Do.

Extensions, Refurbishments and Interior Design for Period Homes across South London

We specialise in transforming Victorian, Edwardian and mid-century homes across Dulwich, Herne Hill and South London — helping homeowners create brighter, better connected spaces for modern family life.

From rear extensions to full house refurbishments and interior design, we guide projects from first ideas through to construction with a focus on thoughtful, long-lasting and sustainable design.

Our Services

Extensions & Refurbishments

We design thoughtful, practical homes that improve the way you live day to day.

Services include:

  • Rear and side return extensions

  • Loft conversions

  • Full house refurbishments

  • Internal reconfiguration

  • Planning applications and building regulations

  • Listed Building Consent

Interior Design

We design both the architecture of a home and the details within it — creating spaces that feel cohesive, calm and considered.

This includes:

  • Kitchen and bathroom design

  • Bespoke joinery

  • Materials and finishes

  • Lighting and spatial design

  • Furniture layouts and detailing

Our Approach

We believe successful homes balance architecture, interiors and everyday practicality.

Our work focuses on:

  • Bringing more natural light into existing homes

  • Improving flow and connection between spaces

  • Creating calm, functional interiors

  • Respecting the character of period properties while adapting them for contemporary living

By combining architecture and interior design from the outset, we create homes that feel coherent and carefully resolved at every scale.

Sustainable design is at the heart of our ethos. We believe that we all have a responsibility to protect the world around us and through careful design and specification we can help alleviate our impact and make a positive contribution to our built environment and create happy, healthy homes.
